Sin Nombre Wins a "Most Original" Trailer
For the last ten years, the Golden Trailer Awards has celebrated the best in movie marketing, from trailers to posters. This year, the red carpet was rolled out again as movie marketers gathered to hear who would win and who would go home trailer-less. Happy to say, Focus Features' own Sin Nombre took home a Golden Trailer for Most Original Foreign Trailer. See the winning spot here. Rather than a best overall trailer, the Golden Trailer honors efforts in every type of category from “Most Original” (My Winnipeg) to Summer 2009 Blockbuster (Star Trek) to “Trashiest Trailer” (One Eyed Monster).
