The House

Aaron Spelling’s mansion a steal at $150 million.

While many Americans are worrying about foreclosures, Candy Spelling, the wife of the late TV producer Aaron Spelling, is worrying about finding the right real estate agent for what may be the most expensive house in America.  The Associated Press reports “that she [Candy Spelling] let her dog Madison, a soft-coated Wheaten Terrier, help pick out the best real estate agent for the task. She had her security bring the dog into the room every time she met one of the candidate agents and watched how the dog reacted. If Madison didn't like them, Spelling crossed them off the list.”

The house, which is listed at $150 million, has 56,500 Sq. feet on 4.6 acres with a wine cellar, wine tasting room, bowling alley, gift-wrapping room China room, library, gym, media room, as well as barber shop and beauty salon. And no worry about parking––the mansion has spaces for over 100 cars.
